"If you've ever been a fan of He-Man you owe it to yourself to pick up these excellent examples of how television show sets should be done...One of the best things about the BCI He-Man releases is the abundance of special features...By far the best features offered by a 80s cartoon (and maybe live action too) reissue DVD set on the market today. Score 9 out of 10"

"These sets from BCI Eclipse are just awesome, obviously crafted by people with a deep love for this series. Frankly, whenever I tear into one of these collections, I come away staggered by the level of detail and qualitythese releases indicate to me the proper way to put a DVD set together...The extras, the packaging, the re-mastered episodes, even the menu selection, are dripping with adoration and innovation. Man, even if you don't really like Masters of the Universe, you should try to take a look at one of these. They're that impressive."

"They also brought Andy Mangels on board to produce the documentaries. Andy and Val's work is all over these sets, and why not? BCI got the fans involved, and they have a much better product because of it...BCI did an amazing job with these sets, and if you're a fan of the show then you must buy this set. Other studios should take note as well; this is how you do an animated release on DVD!"
